Official German Maestro USA Refund & Warranty Policy
Effective Date: September 30, 2025
This document, provided by Rep-Corps Inc., doing business as German Maestro USA ("German Maestro USA"), outlines the policies for both returns of new items and warranty claims for defective products.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for ALL items being sent to us. Please see Part 3 for instructions on how to initiate a return or warranty claim.
Part 1: 30-Day Return Policy
This policy covers the return of new, unwanted items purchased from an authorized reseller.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition for Full Refund: To receive a full refund (minus original shipping and handling charges), items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original factory seal intact.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective items that are returned with the original factory seal broken.

Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to us. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us and strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Items Not Eligible for Refund: There are no refunds for items that show any signs of misuse, alteration, or physical damage. Burned or open voice coils are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Late Returns: Return requests made after the 30-day window are accepted or denied at our sole discretion.
Part 2: 3-Year Limited Warranty
German Maestro USA warrants its products and included accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser, is non-transferable, and is valid only for products purchased and used in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from German Maestro USA or our authorized resellers. Our official company stores on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon are authorized resellers; however, this warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers on these platforms, as product authenticity and condition cannot be verified.

Remedies: If a product is found to be defective, German Maestro USA will, at its sole discretion, (1) Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts, (2) Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product, or (3) Provide a refund of the purchase price. Replaced parts and products become the property of German Maestro USA. Any repaired or replaced item is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Warranty Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product to us. If the claim is determined to be a valid defect covered by this warranty, German Maestro USA will cover the cost of return shipping back to you. If the damage is not covered by the warranty, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Process for Denied Claims & Abandoned Products: If a product is inspected and the claim is denied because it is not covered under warranty (e.g., for a burned voice coil or user-caused damage), our service team will notify you of the findings. At our discretion, we may offer you the option to (1) receive a quote for a non-warranty repair, or (2) purchase a discounted replacement product. If you decline these offers, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your original product. Products for which the owner has not paid for an approved repair or return shipping within 60 days of notification will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by German Maestro USA without liability.

Exclusions - What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from:

Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper operation, or failure to follow instructions.

Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) unless it was a defect from the factory.

Modifications, alterations, or service performed by a party not authorized by German Maestro USA.

Normal wear and tear.

Burned or open voice coils on any speaker or driver. This is considered misuse and is not a warrantable defect.

Special Marine Coverage: Notwithstanding other exclusions, our marine audio products are specifically covered against damage caused by normal exposure to salt spray and UV radiation.

Specify if you are requesting a return under the 30-Day Policy or filing a claim under the 3-Year Warranty. A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.

You will be provided with an RMA number and shipping instructions. We will NOT accept any packages without a valid RMA number, no exceptions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GERMAN MAESTRO USA DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GERMAN MAESTRO USA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some states, provinces, or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
